Flabbergasted and discombobulated.
I had no idea you could cram that much culinary instruction into four days. Evenings, no less. Just 14-15 hours this past week. Whew.
Needless to say, I made up for it with copious amounts of beer this weekend! ☺
Shame, too. I should’ve been studying…
